1. Low Intensity Lighting Approach Lighting System is installed on Runway 11. 2. The ILS has a Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System, with Runway Alignment Indicator Lights. 3. Runway 15 got a medium intensity approach lighting system. 4. The second deficiency was with the approach lighting system, which was charted incorrectly and not well maintained. 5. The passengers'approach lighting system ( ALS ). 6. "Approach lighting " leaves the signal dark ( or dimmed ) when a train is not present. 7. Runway 31 has a " simplified cross " approach lighting , threshold, edge and end of runway lights. 8. Phase I, which is now complete, saw an upgrading of the runways, taxiways, parking aprons, and approach lighting . 9. The airplane collided with a wooden approach lighting stanchion as it went off the end of the overrun. 10. Recent upgrades to the runways, approach lighting and terminal building have permitted larger aircraft to use this airport.
